Roles and workloads
Help rethinking roles and workloads as routine tasks move to AI.
Calgary, Alberta
AI Transition Group helps small and mid-size businesses move routine work, such as email, scheduling, customer inquiries and paperwork, over to AI assistants, and helps the team adjust along the way.
We look at both sides of the change. The people come first. The technology follows.
Example only. Not a real inbox.
Waiting for your OK
Email, scheduling and paperwork fill the day. AI can take some of that on. It can also leave a team unsure what their jobs look like, if nobody plans the change with them.
We will tell you where an assistant can help, and where it probably will not. AI makes mistakes. That is why nothing is sent unless you approve it.
Where we start
A setup that ignores the team is just a pile of new tools. The people side is what separates this work from a plain technology install.

02
Planning how you introduce the change to your staff and your customers.
03
Hands-on sessions so your team knows how to use, check and work alongside the assistants.
04
Internal guidelines for how your team uses AI and handles customer information. These are working practices, not a formal opinion on your obligations.
The engagement you can book
A fixed-fee setup of a small team of AI assistants, plus an optional monthly retainer if you want ongoing help. We do not publish rates. After a free conversation, you get a quote before you commit.
They work together, and you stay in control. The assistants draft. You approve. No email, message, post or purchase goes out unless you say so.
How it runs
The AI platform has its own subscription. You pay that. We explain the cost before you commit. Gmail and Google Calendar to start. Ask about other tools.
We look at how the business runs today, where time is going, and where AI is a poor fit.
The scope is written down. You see the quote, and the platform's own subscription cost, before you commit.
Assistants are connected to accounts you own. Nothing is built that can send on its own.
You learn how to use the assistants and how to adjust them.
Support after setup. A monthly retainer is optional, for tuning, new workflows and check-ins.
Small and mid-size businesses in professional services, healthcare, trades, retail, and office-based teams. Alberta and Canada first. Based in Calgary. In person in the Calgary area, or remote.
The assistants are set up so nothing goes out to a customer, or anyone else, without your approval.
AI is not right for every task, and it makes mistakes. We will tell you where it fits and where it does not.
Roles, training and how you introduce the change are part of the work, not an extra you bolt on later.
We can help you explore government funding programs for AI adoption.
